SIGE Backend settings does'nt show

Hi,
I have installed SIGE plugin in my site, but in the backend the right side (Details settings) doesn't show.
I can see only the left side (Details).
Thi happens for all browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome).

Besides, the plugin load the thumbnail in my site, but when I click on thumb, the image appears blank. I see just a blank rectangle.

This behavoiur doesn't happen in my local site.
