renewal/no email received - how to?

Hello Viktor,

Earlier this week, I wrote from my CC email regarding the subscription renewal. I have a question - shall I use the SendOwl platform again or how? Unfortunately, no feedback was received by email either. Please advise when you get a chance, so I can fit in the renewal period
