Kubik Rubik Pro updater section?

Where can I find the 'Kubik-Rubik Pro Updater' section to report an issue with it or maybe the routing feedback shown to the user requires it be updated?
Currently, on Joomla 4.3.2 as well as on 4.2.9 the installation is not possible for the

I tried to delete the browser cache as well as the website cache both on the cdn and on the website, including JCH Optimize Pro => no result. The Php version is above the recommended. Does it actually fail?

On the info details page it says: "Version 4.1.0.0 - 2023-04-17 - ^ Limited the plugin to the Joomla! 4.0.x branch. Important: Use the internal Download Key Manager from Joomla! 4.1.0." So, when the error + warning is shown does the install routine just fail or is it advised to use the download key manager?
