show custom message why page is empty/password expired

Feature suggestion(s) on the 'password expiration time'/ECR PRO:

How about adding an option to adjust freely added text to show the user when the password has expired?

Currently, it just shows the title section & nothing more. It will be more handy to show the user what went potentially wrong.

P.S.1.: Regarding the time/date, does it consider the users' location from where the link was called or towards the server location it is considered?

P.S.2.: Limit the count how many times a user can use the password to open the designated page?
