Restrict EIR to third-party providers

I have the PRO version and use RSForm! as a form and for uploading passport photos. Unfortunately, there is no option to crop there. I am therefore grateful to be able to use EIR.
You can probably exclude it, but can you ONLY use the crop function in upload processes of third-party extensions?
