EFSEO Does not open when clicking on top bar link

EFSEO Does not open when clicking on top bar link was created by hockmasm
I installed plugin in on J2.5. I changed modal window to top bar. Neither of these expand the meta fields when clicked. I click on the "easy front end seo" link and nothing happens.

how do i get this to work?
