No options after installing ASK

No options after installing ASK was created by spirebranding
I've installed ASK on to a Joomla 3.1.5 with Kunena Forum 4.0.3 installed.
After installing ASK, I go into Extensions > Plug-in Manager > System - ASK - Auto Subscription for Kunena
And I get this:


It doesn't seem to be pulling in any of the regular Joomla interface or CSS.
The other plug-in pages would just fine. I've uninstalled ASK and reinstalled it with the same result.

Can you help me out here?
