first of all, thank you for activating a support subscription.
The plugin ASK has the task to activate the subscriptions to the users automatically. In the second screenshot I can see that it works properly. The plugin has nothing to do with the email sending process. This is completely controlled by the Kunena component. If the subscribed users do not get a notification email, then you have to check the Kunena settings (Kunena - Configuration - Users - Subscriptions).
