So far ASK does not work for me was created by jansiebold
I installed ASK 2.5.2 but when I tested it as a new subscriber to our website, it does not work. I am using Joomla 2.5.8 and Kunena 2.0.4
I did not see the option of choosing between automatic mode and selection mode. Maybe that indicates where I went off track?
Your suggestion will be appreciated.

thank you for activating the support subscription.

First, you should update to the latest Joomla! version 2.5.11 due to security reason.

Could you please post a screenshot of the settings on your website of ASK?
