Änderung im Backend leitet immer ins Frontend um

Hallo,
habe mich schon durchs Forum gesucht aber nichts gefunden was mein Problem betrifft.
Das Plugin funktioniert an sich gut (Backend ist geschützt, Anti Spam Abfragen funktionieren überall wo gebraucht)

ABER: sobald ich im Admin Backend irgendwas mache und die Admin Seite neu geladen werden sollte lande ich im Frontend...muß dann im Browser auf "Zurück" klicken, lande wieder auf der vorherigen Admin Seite und kann meist erst weiterarbeiten wenn ich die URL bis aufs index.php kürze ...dann bin ich wieder auf der Admin Startseite und kann "normal" weitermachen - bis zum nächsten "Speichern" oder "Anwenden" dann geht das ganze Spiel von vorn los...

Hat irgendwer einen Tipp für mich - so ist das extrem mühsam....
