ECC+ Not showing in Virtuemart registration was created by Minomol

Hello,

I am using Virtuemart 1.1.4, I'm not sure but I think it is an older version.

I did the standard procedure, installed the plugin, allowed it in plugin manager. But it is not shown in the account registration page.
I went through many of the threads on this forum, but did not find a solution, which made me thinking my virtuemart is really old.

Any idea on where the problem might be?
