No Message Text When I Check The Entries

I saw this topic but it says I can' view it so I am writing my own, When user hits submit on the front end. I see no Text in the text field on the backend. All was working fine and it just started this. I on 1.5 version. Any suggestions on what is causing the issue? Oh and I captured the error below when a user hits submit
