Picture does not show beneath article

Hi,
I just purchases and installed AIB. The Authors picture is not shown beneath the articles.
I use Joomshaper and Helix Template. There is nothing with "public function onContentPrepare" to be found in the template directory as you have responeded to another question. The Author picture is a Gravatar (I assume). A jpeg image is in the user profile with a strange path:
images/1_Homepage/3_Kollegium/DOR_Avatar_120.jpg#joomlaImage://local-images/1_Homepage/3_Kollegium/DOR_Avatar_120.jpg?width=120&height=120
I would appreciate your assistance (to make i worth the 40 bucks). Right now I am at loss....
