style position in the gallery

hello

i want to style my gallery like that you show in the demo : {gallery}Bildordner,crop=1,crop_factor=20,ratio=0,width=100,height=300,thumbs=0,random=1{/gallery}

i try to put this code :
{gallery}food,iptc=,iptcutf8=1,width=90,height=90,gap_h=27,gap_v=20,displayarticle=1{/gallery}

but its give me an error

cen you explain me what i do wrong ?
