Call to a member function format() on bool/Password expiration time

environment details:

ECR 4.2.1.0-PRO,password, replacement content & hash are set.



Under 'content protection', rules section for the 'Password expiration time' there is this error "An error has occurred. 0 Call to a member function format() on bool" shown when also an expiration date is set. Currently, I cannot upgrade yet, although if this will resolve it I can plan the roll-out into production.

As a result, the plugin settings cannot be saved. When it is empty it is working.
