Gründe?- Fehlt mir die Zeit dafür
- Haben andere Hilfesuchende nichts davon
- Möchte nicht die gleichen Fragen zig mal neu beantworten
- Es ist nicht im Sinne des Community-Gedankens, private Fragen einzeln zu beantworten.

Ich habe dieses Forum speziell für Supportanfragen eingerichtet, in dem auch andere supporten können und in dem andere User Lösungen zu gleichen Problemen finden können.
Wenn direkter Support von mir für meine Kubik-Rubik Erweiterungen benötigt wird, dann kann gerne eine Premium oder VIP Support Subscriptino aktiviert werden:
joomla-extensions.kubik-rubik.de/de/subscription Die Subscription ermöglicht Zugriff auf den Premium Bereich des Forums.
Das Forum kann auch kostenlos benutzt werden (ohne Support von mir). Dafür ist ebenfalls eine Subscription (Free Support) notwendig!
Sollte Privatsupport für meine Erweiterungen und Joomla! allgemein nötig sein, dann werde ich ihn entsprechend berechnen. Der Stundensatz für privaten Support und individuelle Anpassungen beträgt momentan 50 Euro. Alle weiteren Informationen und Bedingungen können über das Kontaktformular erfragt werden.

- Other people seeking help are not benefiting
- I do not want to answer the same questions again and again
- It is not in the nature of the community spirit to answer questions individually

You may use this specifically set up forum to ask questions and support each other. Here you may get answers from which everybody might benefit.
If you need direct support from me for my Kubik-Rubik extensions, then activate the Premium or VIP Support subscription:

The forum may be used as well for free (without support from me). For that you also have to activate a subscription (Free Support)!
If you want private support for my extensions and Joomla! in general, I have to charge you for my time and know-how. The hourly rate for private support and custom modifications is currently € 50. All other information and conditions can be obtained through the contact form.
