Support requests via e-mail are charged on an hourly rate (see first link for details). You can comfortably pay in advance via Paypal (link at top right) or advance payment. You have to book at least one hour support. Just ask for the bank details in your contact mail.
Direct support requests without prior agreement and payment are deleted immediately without an answer, so save your time!

This does not include general questions or issues concerning the donation code model and the subscriptions. The form can be used for this!
